What You’ll Do

As a Web Developer at our agency, you’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects—sometimes solo, sometimes as part of a wider team. You’ll collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to bring websites and digital products to life.

Your role will include:

Troubleshooting and maintaining existing client websites

Developing custom WordPress and headless CMS websites (e.g. using Next.js)

Writing clean, maintainable HTML, CSS (Tailwind, SCSS), and JavaScript

Integrating APIs and third-party tools

Ensuring sites are responsive, accessible, and performant

Collaborating with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in web development (agency experience a plus)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Next.js)
• Experience with WordPress, including custom theme development
• Solid understanding of modern HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with version control (Git), deployment workflows, and browser debugging tools
• Comfortable working with REST or GraphQL APIs
• An eye for detail and appreciation for good design
• Excellent communication and time management skills
