We were tasked with modernising the McKinlay Kidd sales process by integrating a new booking API. With this, we also integrated a new payment gateway for clients to complete their bookings online.
McKinlay Kidd, an award-winning tour operator, approached us with a request to perform a series of updates on their website. Their focus is on providing experience-led and tailor-made holidays throughout Scotland, Ireland, England, Wales, and the Channel Islands.
The goal of the updates was to enhance the user experience (UX) for website visitors, improve the website’s performance, and ultimately drive an increase in sales and inquiries. These updates were intended to address any pain points or areas of improvement identified by McKinlay Kidd and their customers, in order to create a more seamless and enjoyable experience for those planning their holidays with them.
